Where's My Goddamn Medicine? Episode 8 February 07, 2010
|
This week is an ALL VINYL "Where's My Goddamn Medicine?''. Ike falls off the wagon and fires up his record player as he and Max Anderson spin the hits. He has a phone call with pawnbroker/guitar player/bass player/prima dona Tommy O'Donnell regarding nudity and tutelage. Highlights also include a story regarding Bruce Springsteen and Ike sharing a hotel room together in Lancaster, PA.
Ike says of this episode: "I would like to personally apologize for my imitation of Bruce Springsteen who I inadvertently made sound like the character Grady from 'Sanford and Son.' I would like to apologize for any music I tried to perform on this episode. I would like to apologize to the little-old-young-fella I met at the Lincoln Hall show. I thought he was 60 years old and he was in fact only 21. I would like to apologize for everything about this episode. The content, sound quality, everything. I had a strange reaction that evening, we have subsequently contacted Walgreens. Again, I apologize." |
